When was Pennzoni Display Co. founded?
Pennzoni Display Co.was founded in 1994. Originally started as a wood cabinet shop. Accidentally, a vendor asked if we can fabricate a display case for his collectable baseball cards and we never stopped making display cases since that day. Today we still make the highest quality display cases in the USA.
Since then, what began as display cases for sports memorabilia has turned into creating permanent displays for all of your most treasured memories.

What materials are Pennzoni Display Cases made out of?
Our display cases are made out of Solid wood and high quality Acrylic plastic.
Our acrylic is thick, crystal clear, scratch resistant, acrylic plastic. This acrylic material is long-lasting and durable to provide a high-quality safe display.
We use the highest quality, and are completely USA manufactured.

How do I clean my display case?
Cleaning your display case is easy and will help to keep your display in pristine condition. You can also use a can of air to do this if you prefer. We don’t recommend using paper towels or other non-microfiber cloths on your display case.
When cleaning with a microfiber cloth, use a blotting method to prevent any scratches and successfully remove fingerprints and stains. Cleaning your case with liquid shouldn’t be necessary often, but if you do need to, avoid ammonia-based solutions and stick to warm soapy water or acrylic cleaner.
Should I remove the protective film/plastic covering my acrylic?
Yes. It's only there for protection during the shipping process.
Do you ship internationally?
We can offer shipping internationally however you may want to check out our eBay store as shipping would be less since eBay gets a shipping discount. eBay ships so much internationally so they get a great discount and they are kind enough to give it to the customers.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping cost ranges depending on the item.
How long until I get my delivery?
Most items that are in stock ship within 1-2 days all other items usually ship within 2-7 days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancellations and changes are accepted. Please be sure to reach out right away to ensure we did not process and ship your order yet.

What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
What do I do if my case arrives damaged?
Please take photos of the item that is damaged as we will need them to see what needs to be replaced and it allows us to better assist with what needs to be done to resolve the issue.

In the event your order is incorrect or damaged during shipping, please contact us so that we can get a replacement and/or the correct item(s) to you be sure to send us images along with the message.. We will also send you a return shipping label at no cost to you — we want you to be happy with your order!
